Thua Thien Hue province had very heavy rain on the night of November 14 and 15, the water levels of the Huong and Bo rivers rose, and many places were seriously flooded. Along with that, cold air strengthens in North Vietnam, causing heavy rain to continue in the Central region. According to a quick report from the National Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention, heavy rain in the Central provinces has left 3 people missing in Quang Tri. In Thua Thien Hue, 36 wards and communes of Hue city and districts of Phong Dien, Quang Dien, Huong Tra, Huong Thuy, Phu Vang, Phu Loc, and Nam Dong were flooded from 0.3 - 0.8m.
