Disaster Situation
As of the afternoon of August 25, 2024, Cao Bang City is still having rain, many areas are flooded. In the past 4 days, Cao Bang has had many very heavy rains, causing the water level of the rivers to rise, flooding into people's houses. Statistics up to now, the whole city of Cao Bang has 193 flooded houses, and nearly 400 hectares of crops and trees are affected.
