Due to the impact of storm No. 1 (international name: Wutip), from the evening of June 11 to the early morning of June 12, Da Nang city experienced prolonged heavy rain, causing widespread flooding in many streets and residential areas. Many households had to stay up all night to move their belongings, evacuate people and vehicles to safety.
