Due to the impact of Typhoon WIPHA, most provinces and cities in Northern Vietnam are expected to experience heavy to very heavy rainfall over the coming days (from July 21 to 24), particularly in coastal and low-lying areas. As a result, Northern Vietnam is likely to undergo widespread torrential rain, with many areas recording extremely high rainfall levels, posing risks of flash floods, landslides, and inundation in lowland regions.
