Due to the impact of Typhoon RAGASA (Typhoon No. 9 of Vietnam in 2025), the provinces of Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An in Vietnam will experience heavy to very heavy rainfall, particularly concentrated along coastal and low-lying areas. Accordingly, this region is forecast to undergo widespread heavy rain, with rainfall amounts ranging from 100–250 mm, and in some places possibly reaching up to 400 mm, posing risks of flash floods, landslides, and inundation in low-lying areas.
