Vietnam’s Storm No. 13 (international name "Kalmaegi") is a very strong and fast-developing typhoon that is expected to directly affect the central region of Vietnam from the night of November 6 to the morning of November 7. The area from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa and neighboring provinces should be especially vigilant against strong winds, high waves, heavy rain, and risks of flooding and landslides.
