Disaster Situation
that flooding continued in 25 provinces and all 50 districts of Bangkok Thailand's capital Bangkok declared a flood disaster on Saturday after more than 300 millimetres of rain in less than 48 hours, leaving canals overflowing and streets submerged Flood water levels continue to rise in almost half of the 27 inundated provinces, the Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Department said on Monday, as a new warning was issued for people living downstream from the Mae Klong River Dam in Kanchanaburi.
