Disaster Situation

Extensive siltation and flooding around Mt. Pinatubo Volcano, Luzon Philippines. Many reports of displaced communities (more that 10,000). Some reported death due to flashflood. Would like to request RADAR first for rapid assessment, and also PRISM for detailed evaluation.
