Heavy rain has caused flooding and landslides in the provinces of Ha Tinh, Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Nam.
Forecast of heavy rain in the next 24 hours to 48 hours: From October 14 to the morning of October 16, in the area from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai, there was heavy to very heavy rain with common rainfall from 150-250mm, in some places over 400mm, in Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam 300-500mm, some places over 800mm; In the Ha Tinh area, there is moderate to heavy rain with a common rainfall of 70-120mm, in some places over 150mm.
